This rich aged Gouda is crafted with our sheep's milk from our family farm partners in Holland. Aged for over 9 months, Holy Sheep emits a subtle nutty sweetness with notes of dry hay and a clean pastoral aroma. It's firm with a pleasantly grainy texture as it's studded with mouthwatering crystals.
