Who doesn't love a melty, cheesy queso!? This dip, made with our Youngsters Chimichurri Gouda, is herbaceous, garlicky and pairs perfectly with steak tidbits!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ⅓ cup shredded Youngsters Chimichurri Gouda
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Place butter in a saucepan and set over low-medium heat. Once melted, whisk in the flour until combined.
- Add milk and whisk to evenly mix. Keep whisking as the mixture begins to thicken, about 10 or so minutes.
- Once the mixture has thickened, add the Youngsters Chimichurri Gouda. Stir or whisk frequently as the cheese melts and the queso becomes smooth and creamy.
- Dip tortilla chips, crusty bread, or steak into queso!
