Like all Youngsters, our Chilikaas Gouda is crafted from the richest milk collected from Dutch cows that graze in the green pastures of the North. It’s exceptionally buttery, rich and sweet— and the perfect backdrop for fiery, flame-roasted Hatch chiles.
