We’re talking crispy flatbread, melty Hay There Truffle Gouda (yes, it’s as yummy as it sounds), and a generous heap of Caesar salad right on top. INGREDIENTS

Flatbread:
● 2 flatbreads
● 1 tablespoon olive oil
● 1/2 cup Hay There Truffle Gouda, shredded
● 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced (optional)
Salad:
● 3 cups romaine lettuce
● 1/2 cup Artikaas Gouda with Truffle, shredded
● 1/4 cup croutons
Truffle Caesar Dressing:
● 1/3 cup mayonnaise
● 1/3 cup olive oil
● 1/2 cup Artikaas Gouda with Truffle, shredded
● 2 tablespoons lemon juice
● 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
● 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
● 2 cloves garlic
● 1 teaspoon salt
● 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT:
- To make the caesar dressing, add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the flatbreads on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Top with sliced chicken and shredded Hay There Truffle Gouda.

- Bake for 6-10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly while you make the salad.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded lettuce, shredded Hay There Truffle Gouda, and croutons. Then top with 1/4 cup of the caesar dressing and toss to combine. Add more dressing as needed.
- Top the flatbreads with a pile of caesar salad and garnish with extra shredded Hay There Truffle Gouda. Enjoy!
