HOW TO MAKE IT:

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once the noodles are fully cooked, scoop out about 1/4 cup of pasta water and set aside. Then drain the noodles and set aside.
  • In a small pot over medium-low heat, add in the whole milk and shredded Youngsters Togarashi Gouda. Cook gently while continuously stirring until the cheese has fully melted into a smooth sauce. 
  • Gently fold the cooked ramen noodles into the sauce and add in the reserved pasta water as needed to thin the sauce slightly.
  • This cheesy togarashi ramen is delicious on its own, but you can also garnish it with sliced green onions, chili crisp, sesame seeds, nori flakes, or serve with a soft boiled egg.
