●      1 pound ground beef

●      1 small onion, finely diced

●      2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed

●      1/2 cup tomato paste

●      1 tablespoon chili powder

●      1/2 teaspoon cumin

●      1 teaspoon kosher salt

●      1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

 

Hot Dogs

●      6 hotdog buns

●      6 hotdogs

●      6 ounces Artikaas Youngsters Hickory Smoked Gouda, shredded

●      1/4 cup red onion, diced

HOW TO MAKE IT

Beef Chili

1.     Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add in the ground beef, diced onions, and garlic and cook stirring frequently until the ground beef is fully cooked.

2.     Drain off any excess grease from the meat. Then add in the tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the chili has thickened.

3.     Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

1.     Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2.     Arrange the hot dog buns on a sheet pan and place the hot dogs inside the buns.
