INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, 12 count
  • 8-10 oz mortadella
  • 6 oz Youngsters Goat Gouda, shredded
  • 1 1/2 tbsp hot honey
  • 2 cups arugula

Herb Butter

  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 small cloves of garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, separating the tops from the bottoms. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a sheet pan and layer the mortadella evenly over the bread, followed by the shredded Youngsters Goat Gouda. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave using 15-second intervals. Stir in the parsley, garlic, dried basil, and chili flakes. Place the top half of the rolls on a separate sheet pan and brush generously with the herb butter. Bake for 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove both pans from the oven. Drizzle the top of the melted cheese with hot honey and add the arugula. Place the toasted top buns over the sliders. Slice, serve and enjoy!
