Pesto Gouda Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices bread of choice
- 2 ounces Youngsters Pesto Gouda, shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh pesto (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Butter, for the pan
Jalapeño Gouda Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices bread of choice
- 2 ounces Youngsters Jalapeño Gouda, shredded
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Butter, for the pan
Baby Swiss Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices bread of choice
- 2 ounces Youngsters Baby Swiss, shredded
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Butter, for the pan
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Pesto Gouda Grilled Cheese
- Spread both sides of the bread with mayonnaise. Spread the fresh pesto on the inside of the bread if desired. Then generously spread the shredded Artikaas Youngsters Pesto Gouda over the bread and top with the other slice.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or cast iron pan over medium-low heat and melt one pat of butter in the pan.
- Place the sandwich in the pan, mayo side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the other slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
Jalapeño Gouda Grilled Cheese
- Spread both sides of the bread with mayonnaise. Then generously spread the shredded Artikaas Youngsters Jalapeño Gouda over the bread and top with the other slice.

- Heat a nonstick skillet or cast iron pan over medium-low heat and melt one pat of butter in the pan.
- Place the sandwich in the pan, mayo side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the other slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.

Tips: Shredding the cheese before making grilled cheese helps it melt faster and more evenly! Spreading mayonnaise on the bread is optional but it helps the bread crisp up perfectly!
