Gouda Grilled Cheese
● 2 slices bread of choice
● 2 slices Artikaas Gouda
● 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
● Butter, for the pan
Blackberry Goat Gouda Grilled Cheese
● 2 slices bread of choice
● 1 tablespoon blackberry jam
● 3-5 blackberries (sliced in half to make them thinner) (optional)
● 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (optional)
● 2 slices Artikaas Goat Gouda
● 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
● Butter, for the pan
Aged Gouda Grilled Cheese with Apples and Caramelized Onions
● 2 slices bread of choice
● 2 slices Artikaas Aged Gouda
● 6 slices apple
● 1 tablespoon caramelized onions (optional)
● 1 teaspoon fresh sage (optional)
● 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
● Butter, for the pan

HOW TO MAKE IT:
Gouda Grilled Cheese
1. Spread the outside of the bread with mayonnaise. Then layer 2 slices of Artikaas Gouda cheese over the bread and top with the other slice.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet or cast iron pan over medium-low heat and melt one pat of butter in the pan.
3. Place the sandwich in the pan, mayo side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom slice of bread is golden brown and crisp. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the other slice of bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
4. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

Blackberry Goat Gouda Grilled Cheese
1. Spread the outside of the bread with mayonnaise. Then spread the inside of the bread with blackberry jam and layer with fresh blackberries, thyme, and 2 slices of Artikaas Goat Gouda and top with the other slice.
